Andrew has an open and consultative leadership style with strong management skills gained over 16 years working for blue-chip multinationals and more recently, leading the creation and development of serveral eCommerce companies.
Andrew is conscious of the need to have a quality product, and deliver premium customer service. His background fits well with the company's need to produce a world-class recognised digital asset development technologies that are number one in their categories.
Cameron Meindl
Director
Cameron is a highly sought-after member of OnPix with a background within an elite server-architecture team of IBM Global Services. Cameron has managed national server maintenance contracts for Westpac Banking Corporate and other high profile clients, and has extensive experience in the maintenance and security of high-redundancy, large scale server systems, etc. His technical knowledge and perspective forms the basis of the development and architecture team at OnPix
Martin Rees
Commercialisation Chairman
Martin is managing partner of KPMG Tasmania and has had many years in assisting businesses successfully commercialise. Martin also has sat on numerous industry boards, including TCCI (Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), In-tellinc (Business IT Investments), St. Lukes Hospital, and the Prime Mininster's Internet advisory board (Australia).
David Stallard
Director
David provides a unique focus on the independent retail sector through his hands on involvement in Stallard's Camera House stores, which are located throughout Tasmania. David allows OnPix to use Camera House Launceston as our test site for new or refined products, as well as POS and online marketing.
Paul Korosi
Lead Programmer and Technical Developer
Paul is the Senior Developer at OnPix, and has been with the team since 2003. He has a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science. With 20 years working experience in the IT industry and an interest in professional photography, Paul is a key member in the team. Paul's competencies include MySQL, ASP, VB, VBscript, JavaScript, html, dhtml, CSS, XML, database design and programming and ADO.
Peter Schonefeld
Senior Application Programming Specialist
Peter holds Master of Information Technology and Bachelor of Business Management degrees from the Queensland University of Technology. He has also completed a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) and holds a Graduate Certificate of Employment Law (Griffith University, QLD).
An XML and web graphics enthusiast for many years, Peter specialises in the visualisation of information and is particularly skilled in the transformation of XML data into 2D vector graphics. His tools of choice are C# and XML standard technologies running on the .NET framework.
Andrew Polden
Programming Specialist
Andrew is an application programming specialist, and also provides expertise to the customer support team at OnPix. Andrew has a Bachelor of Computing (with honours) from the University of Tasmania, and is rapidly expanding his repertoire of skills.
Lynda Beams
Customer Support and Graphic Designer
Lynda forms the backbone of the customer support team, actively solving customer and consumer queries, and providing feedback to the development team. Having a Bachelor of Computing to support her, she also provides graphics and design skills to the team.
Bonnie Allford
Marketing Specialist
Bonnie joins the OnPix team as a graduate of a Bachelor of Business degree through the University of Tasmania. Majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Bonnie was introduced to Onpix during her student intern placement as part of the Corporate Internship Program with UTAS.
Bonnie's fresh approach is assisting new customers to build their online business through innovative and unique customer communications.
