GiftPix is the most intuitive online photo gift software available for creating and ordering photo products. GiftPix features simple linear workflow, a clear & uncluttered user interface and the flexibility to offer consumers full control over their projects, including ready-to-go templates on which customers can drag & drop images.
At its most simple, GiftPix allows customers to create five minute projects for most products (including Photo Books) - or take all the time they like personalising and customising their gifts!
There are three components to the GiftPix system:
- Consumer Giftpix software
- The consumer accesses the GiftPix software via CD-ROM or web download.
- Consumer uploads photographs and creates gifts using the software.
- When the order is completed, the images and order are sent to our web-based hub, via the internet.
- Web-based Hub Administration
- Stores can access, view and manage orders sent by consumers on our online hub.
- Stores can also manage pricing, product settings, collect payments, track fulfillment and monitor workflow on the hub.
- GiftPix Renderer
- Stores download consumer images and order information, then fulfill the orders.
- An order confirmation is sent to the consumer by email, and the order is sent by mail or collected in-store as specified by the consumer during the order process.
GiftPix is designed for individual or chains of photo specialty stores wanting to offer their customers an experience that is unique to their retail brand. One of its many features is the ability for stores or chains to brand the system to their requirements and to offer their customers unique templates for print based photo gifts such as Collages, Photo Books, Greeting Cards & Calendars.
