BuyerPlus offers the central buying office a password protected web admin console (BuyerAdmin) from which they can invite suppliers to submit a promotional proposal, select products, apply a notional allocation profile and notify retail stores of product allocation quantities.

From their password protected web admin console (StoreAdmin), stores can view suggested (or mandated) allocation quantities, and if authorised to do so, edit and commit to quantities.

BuyerPlus automatically disaggregates and aggregates order quantities depending on the view selected and removes the necessity for stores and the central buying office to manually collate individual store order quantities.
